The “Lady Henrica” is traditionally a peat barge. It served until the early 1990s. The then owner then bought, as he see: a bathtub. He turned it into a houseboat for his family. In early 2002, it changed hands. This one turned the deck in the point into an elevation. Now you can stand well upright in the whole ship (1.90 m)

Since 2019, the ship has been modernized into a fresh and bright apartment on the water.

Living in the Center of Rotterdam (the most beautiful city in the Netherlands) is cozy but “dangerous,” so close to the Old Harbour where you can go for a bite to eat and a drink.
